We're so back. I waited a decade to see @theformat.com play as a full band. Most people in the crowd waited 18 years. Jim Adkins coming on to play Hey Jealousy was such a great touch. Local music forever!!

Behind vaccines and antibiotics, fluoride in drinking water is easily a top 10 public health win. People who always brush and go to the dentist from birth don't have much difference in outcome, but public health officials seem to have forgotten that it is about protecting those who have nothing else
Grand Rapids was the first city to add fluoride to drinking water. There’s even a sculpture commemorating its role in what was long seen as a public health success story.
Now, communities in Michigan and elsewhere are turning back the clock.

well, this was rude, and i’m not sure where it came from, but i can’t help but think of another time someone was rude to me for reasons i couldn’t explain. this is a story i’ve wanted to tell for some time. in a sense, i suppose it is about sports.
