They are targeting BLUE cities and states to find way to incite behavior that could justify felony charges. If they can’t provoke, they will assault and murder a peaceful citizen. If checked on that, they look for any number of “crimes” to charge the people with. All revenge for opposition.

It is upon Congress to stop them from legislation making protesting and exercising rights to observe a felony- thereby stealing those people’s votes. In fact start legislation allowing felons to vote everywhere. Reverses those laws.
