These also seem to confirm the file sizes of the games on Switch 2 if you zoom in on the boxes:
RE7 Gold: 25 GB
RE8 Gold: 30 GB
RE9: 36 GB
This could change of course, but usually if a publisher doesn't have an idea of the file size yet, they put xx GB, so I'd say it's believable
