I know I'm preaching to the choir here but this was patently obvious at the time. And I don't mean it in a retrospective sense - there was robust and clear criticism of this from people who knew better consistently all the way bloody through. Frustrating

I think the Rosebank brand team would be very sad to see one of their premium releases displayed with worse ullage then the photo next to it.
Photo doesn't really do it justice, but I would not buy that bottle. Cork didn't look great, spirit level kinda low.

I think the thing I'll never get used to in London is the pub culture/etiquette. Especially the "let's cram a million people in a small building and have them all standing and it's impossible to move and 3000 people standing in the doorway smoking"

It is fascinating both that the UK government doesn't/didn't keep (rigorous) basic records on where it's citizens are (inside or outside the country) and that the UK loses 100k Britons a year and it's just the norm and no one talks about it
Worth noting:
• Upward revision applies to entire 2021-2024 series — the *trend* in emigration is *roughly* flat
• As infuriating as big revisions are, they mean data is getting better
• BUT wild that we ever used a survey to gauge movements into and out of the country instead of counting people!
