Her vehicle's right front panel cleared the ICE agent who didn't open fire until after he was at the side of her vehicle. He used deadly force on a fleeing individual, which is against DHS policy. This is murder. He needs to be arrested.

Equally troubling here is that the cable news stations continue to simply preview the Zelensky/Trump meeting with a casual aside about Trump having talked to Putin. Trump talking to Putin IS the story. It demonstrates whom our govt currently views as an ally, and it tells us what will happen next.
