Fixed duplicate buildings appearing and disappearing.
Fixed placing a building too fast causing a crash.
Entropy system update, if one building is dilapidated, it will continue to erode until it is ruined before a new building will erode.

Outer Worlds 2, the explicitly anti-capitalist roleplaying game developed by Obsidian, being the first Microsoft game to cost $80 USD (or a STAGGERING $100 CAD) is just too on the nose for me. Jesus fucking christ.
