Fixed duplicate buildings appearing and disappearing.
Fixed placing a building too fast causing a crash.
Entropy system update, if one building is dilapidated, it will continue to erode until it is ruined before a new building will erode.

This project I learned that narrow window of #pixelart resolution where pixel art becomes more time intensive, (about an 80x80 sprite) not abstract enough to save time drawing, not high Rez enough to make individual pixels accuracy unimportant
