Our initial analysis is up.

The video footage appears to show that the gun was taken away from the man before he was shot.

He was UNARMED before any of the shots were fired.
Federal law enforcement agents shot and killed a man in Minneapolis on Jan. 24 according to local police officials. DHS told Fox News that the man was “armed with a gun”. A video of the shooting appears to show that a gun was taken from the man before the first shot was fired. x.com/BillMelugin_...

Are federal agents trained to mag dump into body that's already collapsed on the ground after being shot?

My weapons training was all in the military where this would be murder and court martials for the shooters and likely his entire chain of command.

The Pentagon used a secret aircraft painted to look like a civilian plane in its first boat attack, according to officials briefed on the matter.

The laws of armed conflict forbid combatants from feigning civilian status.

That is a war crime called "perfidy."

Federal agents patrolling in D.C. don’t follow the same protocols as MPD officers — and have different training, levels of experience working in cities, and political leaders to answer to.

Given this week's shooting in Minneapolis, we're revisiting @maustermuhle.bsky.social's November reporting:
When federal agents shoot people in D.C., there are few details — and little accountability
D.C. police officers are held to one standard, federal agents another.
