It's progressive to support better emotional literacy & emotional intelligence I'm all for it. But this isnt about everyone using therapy jargon & slogans ("you are enough" etc)
Making space for describing what's happening emotionally- the intention to go there, to use 'i' statements- this is good.

I'm not particularly a big fan of the Scottish Greens but I'll be tactically giving them my list vote as I don't want Deform, LibDems, Tory and Labour benefiting from the Regional List.
