One thing I’ve found consistently true about fashion is that if you look good and dress daringly you’ll both a) get a lot of compliments and b) get a lot of people who are basically telling you that they’re too insecure to dress as loud as you. Take b as a compliment, they’re envious of you

One of the most not talked about aspects of early 2010s hipsterdom was opium having like, a huge moment. This was prior to the opioid crisis really taking off, but it’s kinda nuts to think about how we were all like “Alabama Arkansas” and ripping bowls of opium in the other room
