Climate Crisis' Hidden Cost
Since 2018, a shock in the home insurance market has meant that homes in U.S. ZIP codes most exposed to hurricanes and wildfires sell for an average of US$43,900 less than they would otherwise, the research found. This is in addition to massive increases for insurance.
A Climate ‘Shock’ Is Eroding Some Home Values. New Data Shows How Much.
Changes in the insurance market have started to affect home prices in the most disaster-prone areas, new research finds, pushing some homeowners’ finances to the breaking point.

I guess he hasn't read about China warning them off any attack on Venezuela, as that would harm Chinese investments.

But at the time, it was Polliver. No one believed me, and then Greg MacEachern said that was the name he knew him by as well at that time. So yeah, definitely an opportunist.

It was Royal Gallipeau who introduced him to me and I remember it very well because he was introduced to me as the youngest MP in the House of Commons. Now he uses the French pronunciation of his surname.

What's funny to me is I was introduced to him during the Orange Revolution when I was one of the election observers and he was in Ukraine as well at an embassy reception. He went by the last name "Polliver" at that time.

The one that gets to me is LLM. I have an LLM degree which is a masters in law so I'm always confused when I see posts referring to LLM in the AI context.

There are some firm things in it, like
1 immediately suspending the Clean Electricity Regulations, and
2 watering down the greenwashing provisions in the Competition Act. 16/22

So he thinks that the president of the United States can close the airspace over another country??? Am I missing something?

If you have to ship a book as a package, that is the case, and obviously I can't run a business that way. Right now the cost of postage is so high that other alternatives are lower and have tracking and insurance. Canada Post is pricing itself right out of the market.

It'll happen when pigs fly.
There is not a single private sector proponent that's going to get involved with this so unless the federal government wants to spend $35 billion again, it's not going to happen.
