For the latter, our T&L principles currently look like this (the top levels, at least, there is more detail). For each principle we are writing some questions that we might ask when watching a lesson eg for culture there might be something around participation ratio

Confused by this though:
"The results indicated that the learning strategies students ranked as more effective were lower utility strategies"

If I've interpreted data correctly, rankings of effectiveness were fairly even across strategies (apart from interleaving)
