Absolutely true, then Schiff stated on national television that July that "Trump may be getting a reprieve ..."¹

Later on, Nadler, whose "impeachment inquiry" was an unfunded sham² stated, "it was all we could do to get her [Pelosi] to impeach in the first place."³

Nancy Pelosi didn't give a fuck about the Rule of Law, or her Constitutional Duty. Impeachment is messy and she didn't want to get her hands dirty.

So she decided "He's not worth impeaching"

"Of course, the BBC is not alone in this regressive move. The New York Times and The Washington Post have also seen a recent rightward shift on many issues, including trans rights. Yet another one can be expected from CBS now that its editor-in-chief is longtime anti-trans pundit Bari Weiss.

These stories come in the aftermath of allegations that a small but mighty cabal of “LGBT reporters” had somehow seized control of the BBC and “censored” right-wing views.

Reasons to mask up, and/or get vaccinated:
1) Norovirus spreading early this year
2) New strain of flu is upon us
3) COVID is not dead
4) Vaccines and masks help to prevent/lessen them

Why be sick, or spread them around?

"Don't let your Thanksgiving dinner become a super-spreader event"

COVID isn’t over. Symptoms can overlap with flu. With free tests gone and vaccination rates low — only 6% of kids and 14% of adults are up to date — keep rapid tests on hand, especially if you’re ill or traveling for Thanksgiving.

What she said. 💯
So many maskless assholes who got COVID on a plane are going to spread it to half their relatives this week and then go out shopping to infect strangers.

Mask up and protect yourself.

You don't want long COVID.

Communications people are so empowered in both the Democrat and Republican parties and it is a terrible sign for our democracy.

It means no one has any ideas and they are desperately trying to hire sales people to trick rubes by manipulating media.

The propaganda around marijuana as an addictive substance is alarming in terms of what this means for people's access to relief for medical and psychological symptoms and vulnerability to arrest and incarceration.

Google "is marijuana addictive," and ..

Dear AP, Pot is much less addictive than alcohol or tobacco
Doctors say it's possible to get hooked on pot. There's a widespread misconception that marijuana is not addictive, and it's expanded as a growing number of states legalize pot.

Meanwhile, the newest COVID variants are commonly causing what is being referred to as "razor blade throat".

And unlike flu, COVID can infect essentially every part of your body and easily result in long-term disability.

Wear a mask. Protect yourself and your community.
You can also get a sore throat with the flu which is expected to be very bad this year.
Patient came in with sore throat. While waiting for rapid Strep test result we glanced back at the Covid-19 RAT result: positive. Reminder that masking in health care makes sense, if you don’t want everyone in your waiting room to go home sick, your staff to get sick, and physicians to get sick.

It just became government policy to ignore it to protect profits at the expense of people's lives.

I am now permanently disabled in a lot of really unpleasant ways because other people refused to mask.

I will not shut up about this.

It's worth it if I can prevent even one person from getting long covid.
Reminder that COVID rapid tests are notorious for giving false negative results, which is why the package generally recommends testing *daily* for at least 5 days *while isolating*.
Wish we could still get the affordable RAT tests.
