Oh you broke ranks and squandered your politically advantageous position on the government shutdown, and the audacious gambit resulted in the most obvious outcome imaginable? You really are a Democrat.

Sometimes I quote The Simpsons & don't even know it. My entire lexicon is formed from like 3 TV shows I watched between 1996 & 2001. Occasionally I have to un-Ship of Theseus myself by watching all of MST3K back to back, just because I said "cooked" in a conversation by accident.

Funny local Reddit post: person comes complaining about water bill saying he's being robbed.

Every comment: You have a leak. Hey, you probably have a leak. Dude, you have a leak, your bill is showing you're using 400 gallons a day

Maybe don't always assume the government is trying to rip you off..

One good sign for shame making a comeback is that people seem content to use AI to secretly do stuff for themselves but get horrified when others brag about using it.
It's truly wild to me that this just keeps happening. Coca-Cola runs an AI ad and people overwhelmingly react with disgust. They do it again, and people are disgusted again. Now McDonald's makes an AI ad that's so bad that so many people are furious about it they pull it down.

People hate AI slop!

McDonald's Netherlands is catching flak for a stupefying AI-generated video, which was roundly condemned on social media.

And how would an EO do that exactly when they just direct federal agencies how to operate and do not touch state law

Very bored and mapped out how I found the streamers I watch daily on Twitch. I like tracing a network that mostly branches out from Vinny, the first streamer I watched.

Reddit's modern page design is so fucking unreadable and I can't believe they're sticking to it. So dumb you have to append old. to any url there to actually be able to use the site.

Gavin Newsom spent the early months of Trump 2 having friendly chats with far-right extremists. He praised Steve Bannon shortly after he gave a literal Nazi salute.

Google "Newsom vetoes" for a long list of things he has fucked up for California. He's a snake and you shouldn't trust him.
You may have gripes...nobody is perfect, but Newsom has been a great governor. He's an excellent administrator, and if you want to join the circular firing squad which has destroyed progressive politics, be it on you.

New York you need to not only vote him out but also make his life so fucking miserable he's afraid to show his face in public without an egg or tomato flying towards it.
Jeffries: "The border is secure. That's a good thing. It happened on his watch. He wants to claim credit for it, of course he'll get credit for that. In terms of making sure that we actually deal with the issues that matter, including on immigration, there's a lot that's left to be desired."
