Not a lot of quarterbacks would’ve survived the Jets like Sam Darnold did. There were a lot of timelines in which Darnold today is languishing as a backup or third string QB. Gotta feel good for the guy.
What he survived just mentally before finally escaping the Jets would be enough to bury any player's career. Dude is one of the toughest guys in the league.
