<p>"Establishing a state is a right for the Palestinians," Guterres said in a speech at the special meeting to celebrate the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People.</p>
<p>He also called for an end to the illegal occupation of Palestinian territories.</p>
<p>He added that the United Nations will never back down from its commitment to the Palestinian people and their right to self-determination</p>

The woman, Bruna Ferreira, has an 11-year-old son with Michael Leavitt, Karoline Leavitt's brother.
Ferreira migrated with her family to the United States from Brazil as a child and is currently in custody at an ICE facility in southern Louisiana.
