These clauses/land titles were approved under the former CON govt, they put them in place in order to reduce local competition and they allowed the deals to go through, the current & last Liberal govt has been fighting these agreements and are asking the local Premiers to modify or remove them.

US exceptionalism has been shoved down the throats of every citizen of every country for decades yet they also love to push the narrative that they’ve been taken advantage of in trade and military support.

So, which is it?

Because you can’t have global dominance and be a victim at the same time.

Modern "conservatism" is a mental disease.

There's something a wee bit hypocritical about Canada's conservatives when they insist we get all verklempt over Charlie Kirk catching a bullet, while they're positively gleeful when "liberals" die (there's Ezra Levant and Michael Coren toasting the death of Jack Layton).

As cost-of-living skyrockets & our standard of living plummets in #Alberta, the UCP keeps playing political football with nonprofits—slashing funding for decades-old genuine community groups while propping up "for-profit" aligned ones. Picking winners & losers is a disgrace. #abpoli #ableg

Canada’s premiers need to stop attacking the courts
From Alberta and Ontario to Quebec and British Columbia, Canada's premiers have been ratcheting up their anti-judge rhetoric. It won't lead us anywhere good.

What’s happening inside the Conservative Party under Pierre Poilievre isn’t normal turbulence. It’s institutional decay disguised as discipline. It's a flashing red light signaling rot, with a party on the brink of combustion.

Danielle Smith's power comes from convincing Albertans that they have an enemy in Ottawa
If she didn't distract Albertans with her Ottawa-is-to-blame schtick she'd actually have to fix our problems
& fixing our problems would get in the way of her corruption
