Did bumper cars stop being a thing? My kid is 8 and he’s never been in a bumper car, I feel like I’d done bumper cars dozens of times by that age. In retrospect the rattly electrified ceiling thing seems like something that could have easily gone awry.

NYC gets over a billion in traffic tickets every year and the estimated cost of free busses is $800 mil so I don’t think this is far fetched, plus “they’re ticketing Real New Yorkers so illegal immigrants can ride the bus for free” might actually make some outer boroughs shit heads stroke out
