I worked et an eco hostel for a bit and there a lot dogs. 2 were”insiders” the rest were just hangers on. All of them were well loved, rubbed, mostly stayed indoors, and protected the guests. We would go on hikes and they would just come along! Thus would protect us from the bulls etc

Instead of turkey I should’ve made ribs. Full rack. Dry rubbed. Slow cooked then smothered in sauce then hit with high heat to caramelize the bbq and rib sauce.
