I finished listening to this driving down the highway in AZ. The juxtaposition of the desert around me and the cold wet stormy story was incredible. I highly recommend it!

Question for #bikesky.
I coordinate repairs for our school district bike fleets. I can change a flat and adjust brakes.
How hard is it to bleed hydraulic brake fluid? It does not look too difficult on youtube. What should I look out for? Our budget has decreased so if I can do it, we save money.

This!
ACPS finally sent notice to families who are being redistricted this morning. Group texts of multilingual working class West End parents are blowing up with questions and confusion about these messages because ACPS and the school board completely failed to actually engage with these communities.

My favorite costumes were from middle schoolers. Some did full face paint. Some were store bought. Some were in sweatshirts and were putting candy in their pockets and did not have a bag. Some were insanely creative and played the part. More time for these kids to be kids!!

Maybe they done could’ve figured out a way to deal with the extreme overcrowding in West End school FACILITIES and find a TRANSPORTATION solution if the Executive Director for Facilities and Operations wasn’t collecting a six figure full time paycheck without doing a full time job.

PERHAPS.
