When we write or draw porn or erotica, we get banned from having a bank account and our livelihoods get seized even if we give it away for free.

When billionaires steal what we've written or drawn to churn out a slop-approximate of porn, they're allowed to charge for it.

Oh good, ChatGPT is getting "erotica for verified adults" later this year
We made ChatGPT pretty restrictive to make sure we were being careful with mental health issues. We realize this made it less useful/enjoyable to many users who had no mental health problems, but given the seriousness of the issue we wanted to get this right. Now that we have been able to mitigate the serious mental health issues and have new tools, we are going to be able to safely relax the restrictions in most cases. In a few weeks, we plan to put out a new version of ChatGPT that allows people to have a personality that behaves more like what people liked about 4o (we hope it will be better!). If you want your ChatGPT to respond in a very human-like way, or use a ton of emoji, or act like a friend, ChatGPT should do it (but only if you want it, not because we are usage-maxxing). In December, as we roll out age-gating more fully and as part of our “treat adult users like adults” principle, we will allow even more, like erotica for verified adults.

If even ONE nation got the ball rolling on banning paypro censorship, that can have a massive worldwide butterfly effect.

If you want to switch gears on hassling the Payment Processors, take a page out of the (American) insurance industry by being a 'diligent customer' and calling the company ahead of time to confirm Prior Authorization. Be polite, but very confused when they insist you stop. 😇

The hardest answer to say to you today, Is no... I will no longer be creating 18+ content in any other platform. My reason is very simple, The system is against me. Payment processors are at the throat of creators of 18+ content, It's only a matter of time for them to crack down and terminate you. Unfortunately this is what happened to me today.

Paypal recently out of no where terminated my account perm, mostly due to my PATREON that is 18+ I know without a doubt it was for this reason as I sent a transfer and it flagged everything on Paypal and caused my termination once they most likely saw it was an 18+ Patreon account. As you know, if you don't.. Payment processors are growing more and more against 18+ creators and finding any way to terminate them, the moment you are on their radar. It's game over and you will lose your account. I never thought this would happen to me, I've been a creator for 5 years and I never had any issues, I'm still shocked and in disbelief but I know without a doubt it was my Patreon. What does this mean for me? For now please do not donate to me as I have no valid working Paypal. I have made the choice of no longer creating 18+ content on my Patreon as I am left with no other choice. I DO NOT Intend to fight these Payment Processors, It's a fight no one can win because we are all at their mercy. Please keep in mind if you really think things like "It's fine, It's not going to happen to me." Please re-think this because this is exactly what I thought as well until it happened to me. It's only a matter of time, protect yourself by all means please don't be naive like I was.

Banks and payment processors should not be the arbiters of what is allowed. They should only care if it breaks any actual laws where it's used.

Thats the thing: no one ever commissioned me on Artistree. No one has sent me any payments via Stripe. The only thing I bought using Stripe was other SFW furry commissions, from artists with similar clean galleries like mine.

No, it’s not “just because of furry”.

Ask them to appeal it because I’m willing to bet Stripe has not looked at what you actually draw.

Someone reported you as NSFW, probably to screw you out of a commission. When stripe closes an account they typically refund any money being held.
