This is a big concern for ne as well, especially on this site.
AI has many limitations, and there are lots of things to criticize about AI and lots to be concerned about (as well as lots of things that are very exciting and very positive for the world), but it isn’t fake or going away.

I worry people are not reckoning with what AI can and can't do well. I post about it occasionally, and there are always people who insist that it's just scraping and regurgitating, or even that there's an actual human writing the responses.

When you upload a Sora video to LinkedIn you can hover over an icon and see this, as a result of automated watermarking from OpenAI.
Of course, they are pretty easy to remove, but this seems like a reasonable initial step to note AI content. Wonder if Blue Sky will start doing this too

Nothing is ever set in stone. Some people really like management. Others realize that they don't. Some even switch between IC and EM roles every few years.
And lastly, no one expects them to know how to be a manager automatically. They need to give themselves grace.
