Democrats need to lay the groundwork for reform by attacking the villains on the Supreme Court - loudly, angrily, personally, relentlessly. And they should start now.

Democrats Need to Treat the Supreme Court Like the Villain It Is
The Court is out of control, and we'll never see reform unless we build the case for it. Starting now.

...start now (sooner than now would have been better).

It would also signal to a restive Dem base that the party's leaders understand the gravity of the situation we're in and are up to the challenge of restoring our democracy.

(Here's something relevant that I wrote a few years ago:)
Don’t Just Pack the Court. Reimagine It.
It’s easy to understand the appeal of simply adding two (or four or six) liberal justices. But that’s just one potential reform, and this is a moment when all options should be on the table.

Who knows how the short-term politics would shake out? Wingnuts would freak out. There would be a lot of pundits taking to their fainting couches. But if we are ever going to get out of this mess in a sustainable way, it will require serious court reform. And this kind of groundwork has to...

This would get coverage.

Most people don't know this stuff. Press isn't going to report it.

Then, they would tear into this Court, noting that it didn't even have enough respect for the American people, or the lower courts, to explain their flip-flop on racial gerrymanders and had instead allowed their GOP colleagues...

A competent opposition party would call a presser and explain that while their party believes that voters should choose politicians and not the other way around, the Republican Supreme Court majority had previously said that extreme gerrymandering was legal if it was about partisanship but...

But be careful. If you've given flea treatment to your cat or dog, their fur contains pesticides which will kill nestlings.
Attn Pet Owners :
As we near the cold months of winter please consider making use of your cat or dogs shedded/brushed fur.
Build a Floof Box (See mine Below 👇👇👇) Birds will gladly use that fur in their nests to stay warm this winter....
