When I do access training, I say 'find out the venue's emergency plan for disabled attendees/performers. Then make your own bc it's likely "leave them in stairwell and hope they're still alive when the fire is done"'.

They were killed in the Eaton fire while waiting for an ambulance that never arrived.
Many disabled people can not evacuate on their own. They need to be included in evacuation plans (yet almost never are)
