1) Never Quick
2) Never Easy
3) Always requires specialty consultation or an ER visit.
I don't make the rules. But I did make the same mistake of saying yes again.

I got T2DM in 2020 (turns out being an ER doc in a pandemic & eating your feelings is not metabolically "healthy").
Was pretty sure being a trans doc taking care of trans people in a trans genocide world be equally bad.
