One of the most important works of literature in my life. This play opened my eyes to what was possible in drama, in comedy, in philosophy, in performance, in conversation with the past. My first play was an almost direct homage and I’ve been chasing it ever since. RIP to a true genius.

Wow. This is amazingly good news.
A *huge* vaccine victory. I've been writing on this for years; Australia has seen remarkable progress in cervical cancer prevention with the HPV vaccine. I love seeing science triumph like this.
Australia recorded ZERO cases of cervical cancer in women under 25 for the first time since they started tracking the cancer in the 80s.
This is the power of vaccines.

Apparently we need to roll back net zero and clean energy as the cost of doing so is too high. Meanwhile, let's all watch China create a an economy that is green and drives GDP and export growth.

Brilliant idea. One of the biggest problems faced by seniors is loneliness. Having a bar will bring people in and encourage conversation.
On a recent Saturday in a retirement home in the northeastern French village of Kunheim, happy hour started early as a bartender poured beer and champagne. After obtaining a liquor license, the retirement home has opened a bar to the public, and seniors say they love the idea

It doesn't look like a there is a valid charge to be tried, and that the person bringing the charges was legally able to do so, and that it is likely she misdirected the grand jury about the law, so there won't be a trial. I'm disappointed, because discovery on the DoJ would have been FANTASTIC.
