Indie TTRPG folks I would like us all to better comprehend that physical media isn't the end-all, be-all of otherwise "analog" games.
Not only in that there are methods of play & design which cannot be replicated in print but that said format is neither more permanent nor, by extension, superior.

If the TTRPG you make and release is effectively another game with a house rule or two.. You should have just released those house rules.
This is mostly at the OSR / dungeon game crowd but applies broadly. You can publish those parts on their lonesome. You should! That's a game!!
