Having checked out Spartacus: House of Ashur over the weekend as I'm a big fan of the series, I can honestly say people who are dogging the show are just racist LOL!

It respects what came before but explores that world in a new and compelling way.

It's a good watch.

Blerd pro tip. If you have tasks that you have to complete, but they just seem too daunting. Put on some headphones, and blast Elden Ring boss music. It’ll light a fire under you, and probably exacerbate your anxiety. But you’ll get shit done… EPICALLY!!

A few months ago I talked about a documentary that Gloria Estefan did called Sangre Yoruba (Yoruba Blood) about how because of slavery the Yoruba people in Cuba and Brazil created new styles of music. Please watch it. It's really good and interesting. Here's the full doc:

We're in a fight with bigots who are upset that even though they have a resource advantage, they are still getting outclassed by people with just better ideas and the will to carry them out.

I'm a competitor so I can't lie, I kind of love what's happening in indie social media right now.

Why do I know so many people who've been up against the wall & at the edge of death who never decided that's why they needed to be a bigot? I'm not buying it, white folks!
Hell no I’m not sitting here crying for vulnerable white people preyed on by the far right for radicalization. You expect I have no survival instincts as their target? Go cry with them over Thanksgiving & tell them how much you understand how hard times can force you into bigotry. They’re losers.
