Much like the chuckme and the chidderin, they are named after the unusual call they make. They are arguably the court jesters of the world of magical creatures with their painfully unserious behaviour and absurd albeit elaborate dances.

Can someone help? I bought a HYPERX Cloud III, but I get this faint ringing noise in my right ear.
It seems to be related to the mic, as when I'm in a menu that accesses the mic (audio settings, recording in Audacity), it DOESN'T ring.
Drivers are up to date, disabling the mic/headset doesn't work.
