I doubt SCOTUS will uphold this ruling but the attack on TPS has been just disgusting. The latest was to take away TPS for Somalians, which is easily a failed state. No end to the inhumanity, but that is the point.

I remember 20 some years ago, thinking when DHS was created it would end up being too much consolidation of the security apparatus in one institution. No one cared at the time because 9/11 was fresh in our collective consciousness, but here we are.
No. We don’t need to “modify ICE training.” We need to close DHS. Dismantle it. It’s an outdated expensive bureaucracy that’s been usurped by violent white supremacists. Shut it down.

The administration has spent the last year lying to federal judges, which has led to numerous instances of the government having its cases being tossed. It’s quite plausible that Maduro’s case gets tossed too.
