Listening to speeches on the Senate floor and almost every one begins with some form of "I have heard from thousands contacting my office..."
For everyone not in MN (and, tbh Minnesotans too): please keep calling your Reps and Senators. Make it so they cannot ignore what this administration is doing

It has gotten to the point with recent events that i feel like i am duty-bound to be filled with righteous fury every waking moment. No breaks -- just constant incandescent, indignant anger.

No idea why I'm listening to House proceedings, knowing full well it is just going to make me [even more] angry for the rest of the day.

"in every situation we are doing targeted enforcement" according to Noem.
And then they do shit like this
ICE ended up returning the man, Saly, after realizing he’s a fucking US citizen with no criminal record, per his sister-in-law. These fucking animals.

I just want people to know that there is no active insurrection, no regular protests, no rioting or whatever. The only time people are in the streets is when masked armed ICE thugs descend on one of our neighbors to disappear them as part of a federal government-led ethnic cleansing campaign.

a full 3 minutes prior, ICE agents assessed her. they closed the car door, and left her there.

No one is taking the bait. Regular people armed only with whistles and phones are trying to prevent their neighbors from being disappeared by unaccountable masked armed goons. The differential in power and force between these two sides is so immense it is laughable to even consider them together.
