Beef Bourguignon! Marinated beef and vegetables in Pinot Noir for 24 hours. Each ingredient pan fried separately and added to a bacon fat/butter roux. Beautiful glossy gravy after 3 hour oven slow cook. Now to rest for 24 hours, and served on a bed of mashed potatoes for my blizzard Birthday! 👨🍳

Thunder Heat game was fun AF. Hoping Jay Dub isn’t injured bad. But we shot well, defended well. Questionable offensive foul on Shai late, but the fans demand the foul merchant narrative, and the refs delivered. As always, I’m hoping for 2/2 on this road trip. 🌩️🆙
