Wtaf- another ICE shooting in Minneapolis, minutes ago. Zero training of “officers” seems evident when you seen their uncontrolled response to shot fired by (likely) an officer, as detained person had had 4-5 people pressing him into the ground and hitting him in the face?! THIS MUST STOP 🔥
