Republicans always railed against single-payer healthcare because of “death panels” that would decide who will get care.
It turns out they were really only against *other people* running death panels. Now they they are in charge of them, like deciding who gets kicked off of Medicaid, it’s okay.

This is “healthcare” in the United States. A pharmacy benefit manager randomly decided they just weren’t going to cover this man’s inhaler anymore, so he couldn’t afford it. He died of an asthma attack. Devastating.
