This adorable little girl is home but she should never ever have been taken in the first place. Thanks to our staff, Council Member Chavez & Rep. Sencer-Mura who helped on this case. The administration was literally racing to beat the court & take her away.

Attorneys for the family say they were asylum-seekers who were pulled over without a warrant. The girl has since been reunited with her mother.
