You are so right, Zack. Politics & the country need a holistic approach. There's no one solution to improve the health of the country & her people. Everything is linked, but it does require people to embrace change & a party to deliver. I joined the Greens because they are committed to change..

Whether it's through #hypnotherapy #counselling, #CBT or simply talking to a friend, addressing these issues is essential for our mental and #physical health. I know that opening up about our struggles can be difficult, but it's important to remember that you're not alone.

Unlike the hormonal changes in women, the drop is unlikely to have an impact on men’s wellbeing. However, midlife changes that include #lifestyle factors & #psychological problems can contribute to a decline in & overall #well-being. It's crucial that we open up & seek help when we're struggling.

As someone involved in education for many years it is great to see this. It would also be wonderful if alternative therapies such as hypnotherapy had the chance to be involved in the conversations. It's a shame that opportunities to do a PHD showing the benefits of hypnosis are also lacking.

It is crucial for voters to hold their elected officials accountable and demand policies that prioritize the needs of the most vulnerable members of society. People like Laura Kuenssberg continually give a mouthpiece to the right wing press & thankfully we have BlueSky. #mentalhealth #politics

What's rarely discussed is the psychology of Tories & their support for policies that lack conscience & empathy towards those in need. They mirror the leaders, who peddle fear, division, lies & prioritize profit over people, creating a divided society suffering from a lack of social cohesion.

The lack of funding for education and training programs has also contributed to a systemic lack of resources for those struggling with mental health issues. Without access to quality education & training, individuals are more likely to experience mental health problems and struggle to find support.

I am deeply concerned about the long-term impact of Tory governments on our society's mental well-being. The combination of austerity measures, lack of investment in mental health services, Covid-19 pandemic created a perfect storm for a mental health crisis in our country.

Start today - focus on what brings you joy, such as your birds, then find other things. Set aside time each day to do this. What lights your soul on fire, and what do you truly desire in life? The possibilities are endless when you choose to focus on the positive. #mentalhealth #positivity

Let go of the negative energy holding you back and embrace positivity and abundance. Just like a tree sheds its leaves in the fall to make room for new growth in the spring, we too must shed our old ways and beliefs in order to make way for a brighter future.

As we journey through life, it's easy to get bogged down by the mistakes and regrets of our past. But remember, you can't change what's already happened - what you can change is the direction of your future. Focus on your goals, your dreams, and what you want to achieve in life.
