Yes! We must NOT stay home. Get out and VOTE in advance polls or on election day. Make the voting % high. We need a strong mandate.

The worse thing we can do is register apathy.

This is encouraging but at the same time I hope people don't take anything for granted and show up in HUGE numbers to vote for Mark Carney. We have to remember what happened in the U.S. on Nov 5th and afterwards, and stand up for 🇨🇦's best interest. www.thestar.com/politics/fed... #cdnpoli

we used to kill whales to light lamps. Technology advances and old patterns get replaced by better ones. Phasing out fossil fuels - particularly coal - is a big win for health and the climate. The Trumpist passion for coal is pure culture war, with miners’ lives and everyone’s lungs the casualties.
Trump wants to bring back coal—but coal is already on its way out, and for good reason. It’s outdated, dangerous, and deadly: more people have died in US coal mines than all the people from the US who died in Vietnam, the Gulf War, and the Iraq war combined.

He has introduced a 10% tariff on the British Indian Ocean Territory.

The only inhabited island there is Diego Garcia, home to US service personnel.

This incentivizes policies that secure that comfort, over policies that tackle inequality and the crises we face.
