Of course, we have to vote accordingly as well as pay attention to the discourse here. As most of us know, we have our own threats from within (looking at you, Smith, Pollievre..).

Was just listening to Jason Stanley -former Yale professor, now at U of T - being interviewed on The Current. He said we need to snap out of our naiveté, or we run the risk of not adequately protecting ourselves. The threat is real and the threat remains.

Shitler is likely seizing an opportunity to change tactics, given that we as a country didn't just immediately roll over and faint.

No leader in our country can afford to fall under the misconception that they have tamed this stupid beast. He is a menace and a big part of any prospective leader's competence will be found in their ability to continue to regard him as such, to keep their guard up.
