Property values for those two zip codes are about what id expect though, rent is a complicated metric because zoning restrictions in the burbs tend to keep the densities so low you'd need higher rent to cover building costs even when land and property values are lower

Maybe I'll start a thread for records keeping. After the cuts to @ripta.com this 22 is the only bus we can take to get my kid to school on time in a reasonable way. But even then it's usually so late now my kid is still late to school. This will be the case today

Indeed in some intersections (where the traffic signal is facing the wrong way) it's the only indication cyclists have to go off of.

Something seems to have changed with the time padding on @transit.app, I'll be at the stop knowing a bus is a few minutes out but if I pull out the app it will only suggest buses way in the future. I took my screenshot a little late but it was still suggesting this when the 22 was 2+ minutes away
