Add to this the threat of major cuts to Medicaid the program that funds much of our long-term care—and our seniors are in real danger. We owe our seniors, and those who care for them, safety, dignity, and real support, not the bare minimum because it suits someone else’s bottom line.

Republicans voted for a trillion dollars in tax breaks for the 1%, but they couldn't vote to protect 20 million Americans from seeing a doubling — on average — of their health care premiums.

We thought the Supreme Court would protect us from Trump's worst abuses. Instead it has facilitated them. The SC has allowed Trump to ignore the Constitution and do whatever he wants with no restraints. They don't even pretend to enforce the rule of law.
