Your recurring reminder of Rule No 2 of MAGA: Every accusation is a confession.

Here, Trump admits that he is a loser.
The president is now attacking a US Olympian as a “Loser” and misrepresenting his words for his mild unspecified criticisms about things going on in the US right now.

We need more of this for sure. Aside from the true psychopaths in their ranks, they can't like what they're doing.

A news org needs to find him, put him on the air to talk about his experience and what brought him to decide to quit.

Fir Bezos, that more fuck boys are needed. Stat.
What if people unsubscribe from it? What does that data tell you?
"if people click on it, it must be of value" is how you get TV shows like fuckboy island

If you still need av reason to unsubscribe from the @washingtonpost.com, here's another.

Hopefully the paper will continue sinking to the point that Bezos has to sell it at a steep discount to someone who cares about demoracy, truth, etc.

So subscribing, stop linking, stop clicking.
WaPo editorial board when TX imposes a legislative gerrymander: don't freak out guys! Not a threat to democracy!

When VA responds to TX with *referendum* on their own gerrymander: brass-knuckled hypocrisy, anti-democratic gamesmanship.

There is hypocrisy here, all right, but not from VA.

Bravo! Brilliantly played.
In fairness, he’s no more racist than the guy who was president before Biden.
Trump: I’m the least racist president you’ve had in a long time as far as I’m concerned.

It's always depressing to be reminded of what has become of my home state.

Hard to believe it's also the birthplace of Mark Twain, Harry Truman, Mel Carnahan and Claire McCaskill.
In Missouri, it’s become a tradition. The people clear every hurdle to get an issue on the ballot, the citizens vote for it, and the rural Republicans in the state legislature promptly reverse the results.

Absolutely gorgeous.
Lithuanian Olympic uniforms by Issey Miyake for the 1992 games in Barcelona. This was Lithuania's first time in the Olympics after gaining independence from the Soviet Union. Fabric was cut and shaped using heat, not scissors or sewing machines.

@nbcnews.com Hope you report on what your network and sports division did. Shameful.
NBC editing out the booing of JD Vance is a disgrace. It’s an international event. Americans have the right to know what the world is saying. NBC has bowed down to Trump.

At least an election response team assigned to counter Trump's moves and push states to show some backbone. We need a consistent voice to loudly provide a counter narrative. Maybe 6 senators and reps with legal backbone and a unified message.
Trump and the Republicans are trying to rig the election. That's not being a "doomer," that's acknowledging reality.
Democrats need a coordinated, national response to these coordinated, national attacks. We need an "Elections Czar"

Here’s one idea for a coordinated response to Trump’s coordinated attacks.

Trump is a loser, FIFA beta boy posing as something he's not: smart, clever, and successful. He's used his inherited wealth and the power it gave him to project a success he never attained on his own. He's a bully who wouldn't have anything if people stopped giving him things when he whines.
Trump is talking about nationalizing our elections because he can’t stand the thought of losing.
Rather than outrage, "contempt, scorn and, yes, laughter are the only proper responses to Trump's claims and demands," @joshtpm.bsky.social writes.

Every time I re-read Trump v. United States, it feels like getting hit in the head with a mallet.

For a mediocre newspaper to admit it's mediocrity ...
Racism is not an unknowable disease of the heart, it's a provable set of actions and responses. That's why the @nytimes.com can't handle. For them to admit that Trump is racist would mean they'd have to admit they been carrying the water for a racist all these years. They won't ever do that.

Some people are asking what I want Schumer to do. He should be screaming over medical care and access to facilities. He should be going to detention facilities himself and putting his body on the line, as he did at the border in 2019. He should lean into stories about New Yorkers in detention. [1/4]

Scalia is responsible for so much of the mess we're in. He gave legal conservatives a frame for opposing social progress based on the absolute horseshit idea that the founders wouldn't have evolved with America. Never mind that they changed their beliefs within their own lifetimes.
For those who don't know, Luttig was once considered the intellectual heir to Scalia. He was about as conservative a judge as you could find...
Luttig: It doesn’t matter what the Supreme Court does from this point forward. For two years, the Supreme Court has authorized the absolute lawlessness and unconstitutional activity of this president.

It was probably a condition of getting the interview. Shameful on NBC if it was.
As I note in my piece, these are ACTUAL questions that NBC News's Tom Llamas asked Donald Trump in his 'extended' interview, while not asking a single question about Epstein, or challenging him on a single lie.
