Minns says there is an “obligation on the NSW government and on everybody to protect mourners”, a lie. There is no legal or other precedent for claiming that protesting the head of a foreign power committing genocide gives rise to a general “obligation to protect mourners”. He made that up.

nobody is stopping anyone from grieving, obviously. The protest is against Herzog in his constitutional capacity as President of a genocidal apartheid foreign power and his personal decision to incite genocide.
