Thinking about how @megaran.com has had his albums become coursework for decades now & how @mclars.bsky.social has done TEDx talks & classes that use HipHop to enhance education for many years as well & feeling glad to see it's recurrent thought to use a genre driven by language to educate better.
i think english classes should analyze hip hop verse. this would dramatically improve functional literacy outcomes and create a generation of immaculate haters
