No, that's Elphaba. Ephebophilia is the largest city in Pennsylvania where the Phillies, Flyers, Eagles, and Sixers play.

QAnon, PizzaGate, anti-trans propaganda, online safety bills—none of it has *ever* been about protecting kids. None of it.

I don't want AI to sit on my face.
“Nobody wants to strap a computer to their face.” That’s what I remember from when the Apple Vision Pro was announced. I heard it on podcasts, in conversation with my gadget-obsessed but practical colleagues in IT, in Mastodon posts. There were other gripes, of course. It started at $3,

I've had a rule of thumb with every remote job I've had that I DO NOT add the IT support number to my phone.

Oh, you guys want to be responsible for administering my machine? Then you are responsible for keeping it working. If you brick it, I have no way to call you. YOU figure it out, hotshot.

If you work in corporate IT and you've locked down Device Manager in Windows, if someone's wi-fi stops working at a moment when it would be inconvenient for them to reboot, it's on you if they never do any work for the rest of their career.
