Mit einer Fläche von 23000 m2 ist sie die drittgrößte Solarthermieanlage in D. Sie erzeugt jährlich rund sechs Millionen Kilowattstunden klimafreundliche Fernwärme und ersetzt damit etwa 700.000 Liter Heizöl.
