Remember the time Obama personally caught a fainting woman during his speech — rather than just blankly staring like a sociopath?

Character isn't something you tell people about.

It's something you live.

Or wait long enough for the opposition (Trump) in this case to screw up badly and antagonise enough number of people. That’s how Biden won
This is all exhausting and futile. It’s about finding a “who” that has credible anti-establishment vibes and can reach people who don’t care about politics via short-form video. There’s no way to spreadsheet or substack our way into an answer here.

The Democratic Party doesn’t need to move left or right, it needs to get bigger, our columnist Ezra Klein writes. “That is the spirit it needs to embrace. Not moderation. Not progressivism. But, in the older political sense of the term, representation.”

Okay real quick: sales & trading, how does it work? A thread.

"Sell-side" trading floors at banks are middlemen. They're trying to transact on behalf of clients or stand between two different entities that want to transact.

"Sales" talks to the client, "trading" sets the price/manages the risk.
ok bc I genuinely have no idea: what are you doing all day in a room like this?

I don't think people are "betting against Bari Weiss" the concern is that she will succeed in transforming CBS News into regime-aligned propaganda.
This is really smart. Amazed at the hysteria over the ascendance of a woman entrepreneur who clearly knows how to cover and sell news and who's not afraid to take on a mob. www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archiv...
