Interior Secretary Doug Burgum posted cartoon with Coalie, big coal’s new mascot with the slogan “Mine, Baby, Mine!”
There a subliminal message in that slogan. It could be taken two ways.

My hot take

Tech bros are farming our skills and selling them back to us in manners that will lose our skills to the tools they are pushing.

Their plan is to make all of it subscription based when they have deprived us of the ability to learn.

Research suggests doctors might quickly become dependent on AI
A study in Poland found that doctors appeared less likely to detect abnormalities during colonoscopies on their own after they'd grown used to help from an AI tool.

Tonight’s #FridayLimericks note Pam Bondi’s latest OnlyTrump content.

The Department of Justice at last
Has made crime-fighting part of the past.
Its new goals were affirmed
From when Pam was confirmed;
Now the sycophant die’s long since cast.

Voter fraud is not a real problem.

Our problem isn’t non-citizens illegally voting in our elections. The real problem is American citizens not voting in our elections.

And our even bigger problem is voter suppression.

A trump voter tells donald he's not moving on from the Epstein files.

He says: "I'm a conservative and I voted for you and I care about this more than anything.....our country is run by rich pedophiles who do whatever they want with no consequences."

Is the cult cracking?

An 88-year-old grandfather from Norwalk danced in the Super Bowl halftime show.

He carried Costa Rica’s flag and said he just wanted to “give happiness.”

“In a situation as serious as this, you have to come in with a very positive attitude and a willingness to learn."

We can all learn from him.

Trump’s numbers have cratered because normal people don’t like cruelty, and he hasn’t even come close to delivering on his economic promises.

In fact, he claims our receipts are lying to us. 🙄

New in PN: The Fulton County raid is part of Trump's total war on voting

"The SAVE Act is not expected to pass the Senate, but in some ways, it doesn’t really need to. It's already served the same purpose as the raid: undermining confidence in elections by amplifying debunked lies about fraud."
The Fulton County raid is part of Trump's total war on voting
And it's disturbing that a magistrate judge signed off on it.

Whoa! Didn’t expect to wake up to this news.

“A year into Trump’s term, voters say Biden was better.”

Trump’s net approval on the economy is now -18. That’s 26 points worse than this point in his first term and a brutal 53 points lower among independents.

God the gall of @jaketapper.bsky.social lecturing that Minneapolis small business owner about the meaning of the word "concentration camp" while people are being crammed into poorly resourced buildings by the thousands and shuttled off never to be heard from again

We’ve had people who were good at their jobs, but bad people.

But we’ve not had one like Trump’s filled with people who are both garbage humans and terrible at their jobs.
