Every time that someone complains about an "activist" judge "overruling democracy" by ruling against the Trump Administration, we need to see their actions clearly. They are trying to cut a road through the law, to get after a devil which generally exists only in their own minds.

If Dems are smart they will pull on the Lutnick thread.
Massie on Howard Lutnick: "He should just resign. Three people in Great Britain resigned for less than what we've seen Howard Lutnick lie about. He clearly went to the island, if we believe what's in these files. He was in business with Jeffrey Epstein."

Just watched this delightful gem again. The way they all come out toward the end to watch the two of them — it hit different tonight.

What a gift these movies have been.

If a Dem president wants to impound ICE’s funding, under that precedent, in 2029, he can go right ahead. It’s overfunded.

No Dem is going to use ICE like Trump does, and all of them voted against the extra funding.
I'm genuinely waiting for the good faith response as to why abolish ICE is not a plan. It's been around for 20 years. They just effectively abolished USAID which had been around 3 times as long.

Very funny to see Alito complain about the court skipping full briefing and oral arguments for a quick shadow docket decision when he has signed onto innumerable orders that pull the exact same tricks and rebuked colleagues who complain about it ... www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/25p...

I wouldn't be surprised if it comes out someday that Alito and Thomas were caught in uncompromising situation and were being blackmailed. Because at this point they are mostly walking rubber stamps.
