How many things can go wrong making carrot cake in a food processor? lots. Cut my thumb doing the carrots. Spilt the mixture all over the shop. Forgot to put the oil in and had to get the cakes out of the oven and put it back in again. Made a huge mess. Not sure it's going to be ok . . . #baking
