There’s a lot to love about the Mob Psycho 100 anime, but I still wish the Mogami arc was better.
I don’t even mind that it’s less brutal than what was in the manga, but I still wish they kept in more of who Minori was before possession (this page in particular)

Was gonna say something ball curve like “Friday” but then I remembered the 2009 parody film Black Dynamite got an animated show on Adult Swim.

One that always fits the bill is Tokyopop commissioning Reel Big Fish to make an opening for their dub of Rave Master. It’s so out of pocket and late culturally (2006).

This applies to manga and anime, and merch too. Here's the official renders, cook up something, the rights to the JP cover illustration would cost additional time and money, so do your best.
The answer to "Why does the US cover of Video Game look so bad?" is basically 75% "the licensors would not let us have the good art" and 25% "the US suits who want to sell it at Wal-Mart are convinced The Average Consumer wants to see grafix and not an illustration, bc cartoons are for gay children"
